This website, buyingfirstcondo.com (the "Site"), is operated by Adam Meza, a California-licensed real estate salesperson (DRE #02123568) affiliated with Real Brokerage Technologies, Inc. (DRE #02022092) ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a form on the Site, we collect the information you enter, which may include your name, phone number, email address, how you earn income, your buying timeline, areas of interest, and any notes you add. You are not required to provide any of this to browse the Site.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider (Netlify) and, if enabled, basic analytics may collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring URLs. The Site does not use advertising trackers or sell browsing data.

Third-party content. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and images from Unsplash. Those services may receive your IP address when the content loads. Their privacy policies govern that data.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry by phone, text message, or email.
• To discuss your home-buying goals and, with your permission, introduce you to independent lenders or other service providers.
• To keep records required of real estate licensees under California law.
• To improve the Site and understand how it is used.

By submitting a form that includes your phone number, you agree to receive calls and text messages from us about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell us by phone or email and we will stop contacting you.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• with Real Brokerage Technologies, Inc., the brokerage that supervises our real estate activity, as required by law and brokerage policy;
• with lenders or other professionals you ask us to connect you with;
• with service providers that operate the Site or our business tools (for example, hosting, form handling, email, and customer-relationship software), who may use it only on our behalf;
• when required by law, subpoena, or regulatory request, or to protect our legal rights.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email or call us using the contact details below and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to keep certain records where the law requires it. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act; although we believe we are below the thresholds that make the CCPA apply, we will honor reasonable access and deletion requests regardless.

Data retention and security

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and to meet our record-keeping obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

The Site is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do.
